CuePad provides a private productivity platform for script annotation, blocking, cueing, and rehearsal organization.
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
User Accounts
You are responsible for your account and all activity under it.
User Content
You retain ownership of all content you upload.
By uploading content, you confirm you have the legal right to use it for rehearsal and production purposes.
CuePad does not provide scripts or verify copyright ownership.
Acceptable Use
You may not:
- Upload content you do not have rights to
- Use CuePad to distribute copyrighted works publicly
- Interfere with the Service or other users
License
You grant CuePad a limited license to store and display content solely to operate the Service.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations of these Terms.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties.
Limitation of Liability
CuePad is not liable for damages arising from use of the Service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the applicable U.S. jurisdiction.
